NOTE: An entrance pass is also required to visit Yosemite National Park. The Glacier Point pass provides access to visit Glacier Point during the designated timeslot after you enter the park.

Know Before You Go

All park visitors are required to pay an entrance fee upon entry May – October.

When heading directly to a trailhead, in a personal vehicle, please print a hard copy pass. The pass may reside on a mobile device if first stopping at a fee station. 

Riding the Island Explorer? Remember that Individual passes are $15.00 per person not to exceed the $30.00 Private Vehicle rate for a single family or group traveling together.

Entrance fees are waived at National Park Service-managed sites on the following days in 2019:
  • January 21 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • April 20 – First Day of National Park Week/National Junior Ranger Day
  • August 25 – National Park Service Anniversary
  • September 28 – National Public Lands Day
  • November 11 – Veterans Day
